RETURN POLICY
At 36Point5, we want every piece you receive to feel exactly right. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before being sent back. Items returned without an approved RMA may not be accepted.
To request an RMA, please contact our support team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Once approved, you will receive return instructions along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition
With all original tags attached
36Point5 reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Expect 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in the bank account, varies by bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are welcome. If the replacement item is:
Lower in price: the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
Higher in price: the remaining balance will need to be paid before the exchange is processed.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days after the returned item is received for inspection and processing.
